Information pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Code
(Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003)

The Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 aims to ensure that the processing of your personal data will be respect for human rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of persons, with particular reference to privacy and personal identity. Therefore it is our duty to inform you about our privacy policy.

1. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
1.1 We inform you, pursuant to art. 13 of the Code regarding the protection of personal data, that the personal data you provide when registering for the Service, or otherwise acquired as part of the activity we carry out, may be processed for purposes related to the provision of the Service itself. After registration, pursuant to art. 130 paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 we may send you e-mails regarding services similar to those provided and you may object to such e-mailing at any time.
1.2 Your data will be used, if permission is given, to send information and commercial offers, even by third parties to whom it will be possible for the Owner to communicate the personal data you have provided (only for registered users).
1.3 Your data will be used, if permission is given, to collect data and information in general and in particular on your orientations and / or preferences (only for registered users).

2. METHODS OF PROCESSING
2.1 The data are collected by the subjects indicated in paragraph 5, according to the indications of the Privacy Code, with particular regard to the minimum security measures provided (Articles 33-34) as regards their processing by means of computer tools (art. 35), manual and automated with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated above and in any case to ensure the security and confidentiality of data.
2.2 In compliance with the applicable legislation, an anti-spam verification system is active on the communications made through the response form to the advertisements made available to users. The data entered therein may be verified for the sole purpose of identifying illegal activities or content that does not comply with the General Conditions of Service, but will not be processed or communicated for commercial or promotional purposes.

3. OPTIONAL PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1 The provision of personal data by you is absolutely optional; however, any refusal to provide such data on the page dedicated to registration for the purposes of providing the service (point 1.1) will make it impossible to use the Service offered on the website www.agriland24.it
3.2 The provision of your personal data is optional for commercial purposes (point 1.2) and profiling (1.3) and any refusal to consent will not affect the provision of the service.

4. CATEGORIES OF PERSONS TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE COMMUNICATED
4.1 The data collected for the purpose of providing the service (point 1.1) may be communicated to companies that carry out functions strictly connected and instrumental to the operation of the Service, or, in any case, that provide services aimed at verifying that the publication of advertisements is not aimed at violating the rights of third parties. Such data may be transferred to associated companies and/or companies belonging to the same corporate group as Agriland24 S.r.l.s.
4.2 The data collected for commercial purposes (point 1.2) and for profiling purposes (point 1.3) may also be transferred to third parties for sale or attempted sale, or for all those purposes of a commercial and/or statistical nature that are lawful. The list of subjects to whom your personal data has been transferred may be requested from the Data Controller using the e-mail address given in point 6.2.

5. DATA CONTROLLER, PERSONS IN CHARGE OF PROCESSING AND PERSONS IN CHARGE OF PROCESSING
5.1 The Data Controller is Agriland24 S.r.l.s. in the person of its legal representative pro tempore, with registered office in via De Pizzini 1, 38061 Avio (TN).
5.2 The Data Controller makes use of external Data Processors for the achievement of the purposes specified in points 1.1 (technical purposes related to the provision of the service), 1.2 (commercial purposes) and 1.3 (profiling purposes) and to request a complete list, simply send an email to the dedicated email address indicated in point 6.2.
5.3 The Data Controller has appointed its employees and collaborators as Data Processors.

6. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
6.1 We remind you that, at any time, you retain the right to know what data you have entered and how it is used, as well as to have it updated, supplemented, corrected or to request its cancellation or blocking or to oppose its processing if carried out in violation of the law, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003.

7. FURTHER INFORMATION ON COOKIES, SEARCH ENGINES AND POSITION DATA
7.1 Agriland24.it uses cookies, text files that are exchanged with the browser that visits Agriland24.it. Cookies are used for statistical purposes, such as counting the number of visits to Agriland24.it, or to store favorite ads under the My Searches section. The use of cookies is therefore aimed at facilitating the functions of the server while browsing the site.
7.2 Agriland24.it is committed to providing useful and relevant advertising to its users, in order to guarantee a high degree of correspondence between the site's content and the advertising provided used by third-party systems for the offer of advertisements. Through this technology, advertisers are able to serve ads based on interests associated with online activities that do not personally identify users, such as searches performed, page load frequency or activity on other partner sites trattoriusati.tv - giuliatv.tv. Advertisers may also serve ads based on previous user activity on their websites. This information, which does not identify the user personally, is managed separately from the identification data in the possession of Agriland24.it
7.3 Cookies can be completely deactivated by the browser using the appropriate function provided in most navigation programs. It is good to know, however, that by deactivating cookies some of the functions of Agriland24.it may not be usable.
7.4 The information relative to the advertisements inserted on Agriland24.it will be visible in the searches carried out by the internal search engine and could be made available to third party search engines as Agriland24 allows the indexation of its own contents by third party engines. In case the page related to the advertisement has already been removed by Agrilan24.it, it is possible that the cache copy will remain among the search results for some days. The search results are not managed by Agriland24.it, but the user can report the removal of the page and request the update of the cache copy directly to the search engine at this info@agriland24.com.
7.5 When you use the Agriland24.co.uk application with location tracking enabled, Agriland24.co.uk may collect and process information about your current location. This data is processed anonymously, in a format that does not allow the user to be personally identified, and used for the sole purpose of facilitating the use of certain location-based features of the application. The location services can be activated or deactivated by the user at any time by accessing the settings of his/her device (for further information please refer to the help of the device).

8. CHANGES
This policy may be subject to change. If substantial changes are made to the use of data relating to the user by Agriland24.it, it will notify the user by publishing them with maximum evidence on its pages.

The processing of personal data means its collection, registration, organisation, conservation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, diffusion, cancellation, distribution, interconnection and whatever else is useful for the execution of the Service, including the combination of two or more of these operations.
