Year 1 (ONE) warranty on our product range.

For each product purchased, an invoice will be issued that you must keep for the purposes of the warranty that lasts 12 months from the purchase of the product. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail, so open the attachment, print it out and keep it in your accounting. Tampering with the means is to be avoided, because, if not authorized by Agriland24 or by the Parent Company, they will make you lose the guarantee. Be careful because some types of motor products can be supplied without oil (due to transport) such as motor cultivators, tillers and anything else that can be motorized. However, we suggest a careful reading of the user manuals that will be provided at the time of delivery of the vehicle. D.LGS.206/2005 the warranty will be provided for 12 months by the Parent Company, only and exclusively for defects of conformity (manufacture). The legal effects of the warranty do not cover the malfunction of the product caused by the customer's negligence. The verification of any lack of conformity is the responsibility of the Parent Company, so the absolute prohibition of contacting unauthorized workshops is imposed. The warranty does not cover parts subject to normal wear due to the use of the product, such as: belts, blades, filters, tires, tires etc. etc. The repair times of the product are subject to the availability and organization of the manufacturer. Agriland24 will not be held responsible in any case, nor be burdened with charges or damages resulting from any interruptions in the operation of the equipment under warranty, nor for the time necessary for the procurement of the components necessary for repairs, nor for the time necessary for the execution of the assistance service, nor for any delays in repair due to third parties. There are no refunds for movements of the customer and the vehicle, to reach any authorized workshops and reported by us.
